Gorton’s “Eat Seafood Twice a Week” Review and Giveaway

Did You Know that October is National Seafood Month?! Well it is, and all month long Gorton's has been celebrating by sharing information with readers including the recommendations of many health organizations to Eat Seafood Twice a Week! In honor of National Seafood Month, Gorton's sent us a free product coupon to try out one of their products and prepare it in one of their yummy recipes on their website!

We choose to try out Gorton's Fisherman's Spicy Cajun Grilled Fillet Stew which uses their All Natural Cajun Grilled Fillets which are under 200 calories per serving!! 

We really enjoyed this stew - prep time was under 5 minutes and cooking time was 20 minutes which is awesome because we are always on the go in our house so we love meals that are quick to make and good for us! Another thing I loved about this recipe is almost all the ingredients we had on hand in our pantry - just needed to pick up the fresh veggies ;)!

My daughter is a picky eater but she does love fish which is great for us because there are so many health benefits to her eating fish and getting the nutrients she lacks elsewhere!
