My family and I LOVE Pasta and we eat a lot of it - it is an awesome quick and delicious meal in our household. I always try and purchase whole wheat pasta when I can because we try and eat more health conscious!

received a generous 3 pound gift pack of their fettuccine, elbows, and
spaghetti. The packaging was beautifully designed, and the pasta
arrived whole, and not crushed in any way - spectacular for a housewarming gift, the upcoming holidays, etc!
I was inspired when I received my pasta to make a meal that was healthier for us to eat!! We tried the spaghetti for our first taste test - I made a simple pasta of capers, petite diced tomatoes, artichoke hearts, "gahh-lic" and a little olive oil! Can you say delicious?? The noodles were cooked al dente - perfect texture - not mushy!!
