I was in Walgreens this past week in search of the New Product Line called Ology! Ology products are focused on being better for the environment and for your family!
The Ology line offers adult and baby shampoos & conditioners, baby lotion, laundry products, facial tissue & bath tissue and household cleaners. I purchased the products in the picture above - the Glass Cleaner, the Lemon & Lavender All-Purpose Cleaner and the facial and bath tissues.
My thoughts?
The Glass Cleaner is a plant based cleaner and the All Purpose Cleaner is citrus based - both without harmful chemicals. I like this concept especially when my 10 year old daughter Rose likes to help me with the chores - the thought of her breathing in and touching chemicals doesn't make me to excited! So she was happy to help me test these out! The Ology glass cleaner definitely cleaned as well as other cleaners I have used in the past - the smell was a pleasant scent. The All Purpose cleaner we used in the kitchen and bathroom - the lavendar/lemon scent was nice touch to the rooms when we were finished. The all purpose cleaner worked great on the greasy spots on our stovetop and counter!
The facial tissue is 100% tree free and is made from sugarcane husk and bamboo. The tissue wasn't as soft as other brands we have purchased and when we have colds - we want the softest tissue possible on our sore noses.
The bath tissue is as it says on the package - soft and strong (and septic safe!) This is also 100% tree free and is made from sugarcane husk and bamboo as well!
All in all - two thumbs up for the new Ology line from Walgreens! For those who actively seek out products that are better for the environment and for our families - this is a brand to check out and hopefully they will expand their line to include more household and personal care items!!
