The Lone Ranger hits theaters today!
Looking for something to do this holiday weekend? I would highly suggest checking this movie out! Here is a look at The Lone Ranger's movie trailer below:
From producer Jerry Bruckheimer and director Gore Verbinski, the filmmaking team behind the blockbuster 'Pirates of the Caribbean' franchise, comes 'The Lone Ranger', a thrilling adventure infused with action and humor, in which the famed masked hero is brought to life through new eyes. Native American warrior Tonto (Johnny Depp) recounts the untold tales that transformed John Reid (Armie Hammer), a man of the law, into a legend of justice-taking the audience on a runaway train of epic surprises and humorous friction as the two unlikely heroes must learn to work together and fight against greed and corruption. Also in this movie are Helena Bonham Carter, William Fichtner and Tom Wilkinson.
My husband and I were invited to the local Michigan premiere of The Lone Ranger this week!! This film is Rated PG-13 and runs 2 hours 29 minutes long. I am glad that we got to see this before taking our daughter to see it. This way we can be prepared to discuss some of the Native American history with her when she is watching it with us. There was one disturbing scene that is implied although you can't see it but all in all it was an excellent movie filled with a lot of humor from Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer. If you liked the Pirates movies - check this one out!
