My husband and I both have been fans of Jabra's Products from the first moment we tried out their Hands Free BlueTooth Head Set! My husband uses the Jabra Freeway in his car as well (and other places as you will read below) since his car is older and not BlueTooth enabled!
JabraUs is focusing The Set Sound Free campaign through September and in participation with that we were sent out a Black Jabra SoleMate to review! My husband and I were so excited about this because we know about this speaker and have talked about getting one for a few months now to use while we are in the house or outside.
When we got the neatly package SoleMate, my husband was the first to tear into the package - the SoleMate comes in a very sturdy bag that is dust and splash resistant - perfect for storing it and taking it to parties or the beach! I love the clear quality of the sound that comes out of this small speaker - I mean, it fits in the palm of my hand, but I can hear it clearly across the street at our neighbor's house! The SoleMate connects easily to our smartphone, laptop, MP3 player and even our tablet using the Bluetooth audio cable! You can even use the Jabra as a speakerphone when making calls - talk about making life easier to talk to my husband when I am cooking dinner in the kitchen!
My husband even wanted to share his thoughts on the SoleMate:
"I need to start my review of the Jabra Solemate with
a confession: I have been misusing the Jabra Freeway my wife let me use
for my car to blast the backyard with music. Immediately after beginning
to use the Freeway for my car, I fell in love with the simplicity and
consistency with which it connects to my Bluetooth device. It’s been an
addicting experience to play my music where I like, when I like at a
push of an icon on phone. It seemed only natural that I soon took it out
of my car into the house and then into the backyard, so I was really
psyched when my wife presented me with the Jabra Solemate. My first
instinct was to see how loud this portable boom box would blare, but as
soon as I turned it on I was wowed by the speaker’s crisp pitches and
rich bass. Soon I had both, the Freeway and the Solemate next to each,
switching the output on my phone from one to the other for comparison.
It is incredible how such a small device can produce such quality
sounds! Among many things I appreciate the Solemate for its ease to
transport and instant connection. It comes with a simple, yet ingenious
design to store the enclosed audio patch cable for devices not capable
of Bluetooth, a protective carrying bag and a universal USB charging
unit. Now that I have the Solemate in my house, the Freeway finally
found its way back into my car for those long drives to and from work!"
The Jabra SoleMate is available at Best Buy and online at Amazon.com - I love how much freedom we have using this portable speaker! We have spent a lot more time outside enjoying our music and spending time as a family! I love it and would highly recommend the SoleMate! Remember - the #SetSoundFree Campaign is all about dropping the cords and setting sound free with Jabra's wireless products - which the SoleMate definitely has allowed us to do.
