This year I decided to make a lifestyle change and start working out each week. I have never worked out before but I am determined to get myself moving. I was very excited for the opportunity to work with TheraFit. I have not owned a pair of sneakers in almost 20 years and so much has changed since then! 

Most of my family and friends that know me, know I am not a flashy person - I like neutral, low-key colors so I chose the Black and White sneaker called Deborah.

I love that TheraFit designs their shoes specifically for women - especially since we tend to be on the go or on our feet most of the day. The design of the shoes is amazing: from the breathable mesh to the shock-absorbing wedge and personal comfort adapters all the way to the long-lasting rubber outsole! I have been working out at the gym now for almost 2 weeks now and my feet don't feel sweaty or damp after my workout. I don't have any leg or knee cramps or tenderness and my arch doesn't hurt like it has with other athletic shoes I have worn in the past - I even have found that I prefer all 3 comfort adapters in for my comfort level. I wear a size 10 shoe and my feet are wider and these shoes fit me perfect!
