My daughter and I are huge Mac & Cheese lovers! Pasta and Cheese? What's not to love! I was very excited to hear that Pirate's Booty was expanding on their organic snack line to now include organic macaroni and cheese!
Pirate's Booty has four new Mac & Cheese flavors: Mac & Cheese Mild Cheddar and Mac & Cheese Aged White Cheddar, plus the fun pasta shapes found in the Anchors & Cheese Aged White Cheddar and Shells & Cheese Aged White Cheddar!
We prepared both of the flavors - the Aged White Cheddar and the Mild Cheddar using the preparations on the box which was a lower calorie recipe and they both were delicious. I was skeptical because we have tried other organic brands and the sauce didn't come together and the powdered cheese would clump but Pirate's Booty Mac & Cheese came together perfectly and honestly I didn't miss the extra butter that we left out that would have been used in the classic preparation!
