I am sure most women can relate, but we work around the clock - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! I would full-time outside of the home in addition to blogging full-time, plus I am the chauffeur to and from karate, maker of meals, washer of laundry, helper of homework....you get my drift! Dirty dishes? Who has time for that? I want a product that works the first time and gives me the best bang for my buck!
Cascade provided us with some samples of Cascade Platinum in ActionPacs and Rinse Aid to use while hosting the first of two gatherings of some of our friends and family in order to demonstrate Cascade's cleaning power.
We decided to do the Brownie Demo Experiment to show our guests how Cascade Platinum would work on 24 hour stuck on food! We made our brownies the night before the party and let the brownie pan sit overnight before loading it on the bottom rack of our dishwasher. We also added the mac and cheese pan to the dishwasher to let run while our guests enjoyed the deliciously creamy Mac 'N Cheese (Courtesy of The Pioneer Woman).
Cleaning Success! Cascade Platinum got our dishes sparkly clean - including our brownie pan that had been sitting overnight! Prior to trying Cascade, we used Finish dishwashing products and there have been many times we have to rewash our dishes because they didn't get clean the first cycle!
Follow these tips for
loading your dishwasher with success:
- Stack your dishes high and low but please be sure that bulky items DO NOT block the sprayer.
- Place tall dishes and pans in the back of the bottom rack so they DO NOT block the detergent chamber.
- Place glasses and other fragile items in the top rack. This helps keep them from the powerful sprayer under the bottom rack.
- Set glasses between tines on the rack NOT over them as wet contact points can cause spots.
- Thread any long utensils through coffee-mug handles to help keep them secure in the wash.
- Check to ensure that there aren’t any stray utensils that will block the nozzle or sprayer.
- And a special call out for any big dishes: load them on the bottom rack, face down so the water is sure to reach all the nooks and crannies.
