This time, Lugz let us review a pair of boots from their new Men's Empire WR (Water Resistant) line. My husband wears black shoes mostly so he choose the Black/Charcoal color of the Empire Lo WR style boot. The Lo references the height of the boot - there is the Lo, Hi and regular height of the shoes. The Lo style is the height of my husband's regular shoes or dress shoes. The regular Empire boots come up a little higher and the Empire Hi style remind me more of a high top boot. 

My husband really liked these Empire boots. They are high quality and very sturdy. My husband is a principal of a middle school/high school and these boots are dressy enough to wear with his dress slacks and shirts but also casual enough to wear on the weekends with a jeans a sweater. We both loved that about these boots - you can pull off two looks with one pair of shoes! The Lugz Empire WR Mens boots are also water resistant, slip resistant and have memory foam making my husband's feet comfortable even on those long days when he’s in and out of classrooms and working with the staff and students at his school.The padded tongue and collar of the boot provide extra comfort as well.
