I have been familiar with Idahoan potatoes for many years, but I did not realize how many different flavor varieties they make or how many different recipes you can add them to. Quite an eye-opener!

Herbed Buttery Mashed Potatoes
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 4-oz package Buttery Homestyle Flavored Mashed Potatoes
- 2 oz herbed chevre cheese
- ½ tsp fresh thyme
- Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions.
- Stir in cheese and thyme and serve.

ReplyDeleteThese mashed potatoes are so good!! When my husband was overseas and I had a new baby by myself, I didn't want to go downstairs all the time so I figured out how to make these in my bedroom using the hot water cooler in my room haha. So convenient!
