Being a mom, I have many different hats that I wear throughout the day: Chauffeur, Chef, House Picker-upper, Item Location Specialist....you catch my drift. In addition to all these different tasks I worry about each day, I also work full-time outside of the home plus I blog full-time as well; honestly I am amazed I get any sleep at all. The directions said to take one tablet approximately 20 minutes before bedtime. I did so while my husband and I were halfway through one of our favorite shows. I could feel myself getting tired but not in a groggy, stumble over my feet kind of way. I fell asleep quickly and actually had dreams! It's been ages that I actually was in a sound enough sleep to dream....and remember it. I get up a few times during the night sometimes (side effect of no large intestine) and I find it hard to get back to sleep but with the Melatonin - falling back asleep was very easy. In the morning, I didn't have any groggy feeling or effects of having taken the sleep aid. I have taken over-the-counter sleep gels and even an antihistamines in the past to get some sleep and all of those left me feeling more tired the next day. Natrol's Melatonin worked amazing - definitely a product I feel good telling my family and friends about!
