My husband and I love wine for both drinking and cooking with. I had the pleasure recently to try a few of Holland House Cooking Wines (they have a bunch of different flavors).
We recently had posted some easy slow cooker recipes using Holland House Cooking Wines (check out our post here) and I made the Bold and Savory Pork Tenderloin - it was amazing and devoured by our entire family.
I changed a couple minor things like using a whole pork loin (I just cut it in half lengthwise to make two tenderloins) and using dried thyme and onions instead of fresh thyme and shallots because I didn't have them on hand. It was simple to put together and was juicy and flavorful thanks to the Holland House Marsala cooking wine we added!
Next time you are in your local grocery store, make sure to grab a bottle of Holland House Cooking Wines or one of their other many products and add some new flavors to your dishes! Your family will thank you - mine did!!
