Guitar Hero Live launched in October with the revolutionary new take on the music rhythm genre, delivering a console-quality experience on Apple TV with its two game modes: GH Live and GHTV.

GH Live, a first-person perspective, live-action experience, delivers the full emotional roller coaster of being on stage and performing in a real band in front of real crowds that dynamically react to how well you play. GHTV, the world’s first playable music video network, is a 24-hour game mode that lets fans play along to a continually-updated collection of official music videos, across a wide variety of genres. GHTV launched with more than 200 songs, with over 70 new songs to be added by the end of the year at no extra cost beyond the price of the game.

In Guitar Hero Live, you take the stage in a variety of venues and play in the small clubs and on the massive main stage of an outdoor festival, rocking out every step of the way. Check out the trailer for the game here.

We reviewed Guitar Hero Live for PS3 and the package included the Guitar Hero Live game for PS3, a wireless guitar controller and a USB microphone. Rose had such much fun with this version of GH, especially since she was familiar with a lot of the different genres of songs available. She loves to sing and she has a guitar so this was a perfect way for her to be creative, sing and have fun!

Guitar Hero Live is available now on PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U™ console as well as iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. It can be purchased at major retailers nationwide in addition to online at Amazon for all platforms.
