Our family shares a love a photography and we are always taking pictures, especially being a blogger - it comes with the job. Rose has been taking pictures since she was about nine and I still remember the shocked look at people's faces when I handed our daughter our expensive camera and set her loose. I wasn't concerned because the rule was that both hands had to be on the camera and the strap always around her neck. She takes some amazing pictures and it is awesome to see things from her perspective because she thinks to capture shots I wouldn't have. Now pair our love of photography with my daughter and husband's love of martial arts? I am always trying to capture action shots of spinning crescent kicks, breaking boards and other moves but since I am always at a distance in the crowd so I can't capture all the moments!

Our Thoughts:

Some of my favorite features on my GoPro HERO4 are the simplified menus - makes it easy to navigate the camera. The free GoPro App and GoPro Studio software are awesome (and did I mention free?). There is built-in Wi-Fi + Bluetooth connectivity for the GoPro App and the app allows you to control your camera remotely using your phone or tablet, view and share your content and the GoPro Studio allows you to create and share your own videos - even amazing time lapse videos from photos you have captured. The different light settings are pretty incredible too - you can basically capture high quality, premium shots in any light. Oh - and it's waterproof too (up to 131 feet). GoPro has a wide array of accessories such as the handy tripod mount that I really like - especially since I can use the smart remote and control the camera from up to 600 feet away. You will need to purchase a memory card for the the camera because it's not included.
