Our Thoughts:

I feel as though Zootopia's underlying themes were geared more for mature audiences yet the fantastic animation and delightful characters will capture kids attention making this the perfect movie for the entire family to go and see! I don't think the kids will catch the reference made by the villains that predators make up 10% of the population and should be made out to be public enemies, but as an adult you will most likely pick up on the racial statistics. Zootopia shows how prejudice appears and affects our daily lives - even showing how it exists and affects the relationship between Judy and Nick initially. There are also a couple of parts that might make the kids (and yourself) jump out of your seats as glimpses of the past and present events involving the predators unfold.

Zootopia has an approximate run-time of 108 minutes and is rated PG. It will be available at major retailers nationwide in addition to online at Amazon.
