It's here! Disney Into The Woods is now available to own on DVD and Blu-ray + Digital HD Combo Pack. We had the pleasure of seeing an advanced screening of Into The Woods as a family - check out my movie review here.

Movie Synopsis:
“Into the Woods” is a modern twist on several of the beloved Brothers Grimm fairy tales, intertwining the plots of a few choice stories and exploring the consequences of the characters’ wishes and quests.

This humorous and heartfelt musical follows the classic tales of Cinderella (Anna Kendrick), Little Red Riding Hood (Lilla Crawford), Jack and the Beanstalk (Daniel Huttlestone), and Rapunzel (MacKenzie Mauzy)—all tied together by an original story involving a baker and his wife (James Corden & Emily Blunt), their wish to begin a family and their interaction with the witch (Meryl Streep) who has put a curse on them.

Rob Marshall, the acclaimed filmmaker behind the Academy Award-winning musical “Chicago” and Disney’s “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides,” directs the film, which is based on the Tony-winning original musical by James Lapine, who also penned the screenplay, and legendary composer Stephen Sondheim, who provides the music and lyrics.
This scene is not Agony at all to watch - It is comical and Chris Pine rips his shirt open (need I say more?).

I was so excited to get my hands on this movie to watch again....especially since the songs have been playing through my head. Being able to replay the comical music scene between the two princes as they sing "Agony" - truly priceless!! The picture quality is excellent and I love the spooky interactive menu for the Blu-ray.

This Blu-ray also include bonus features including Behind-the-scenes looks at the movie and the Never-Before-Seen Sondheim Original song titled "She'll Be Back" that is performed by Meryl Streep who was amazing in this movie.

Here is an Into The Woods bonus clip featuring Meryl Streep:

I highly recommend adding Into The Woods to your movie collection on Blu-ray combo pack or DVD, plus be sure to check out the amazing movie soundtrack available to purchase as well!
