That led me to want to make a martini using this vodka and after getting my hands on Pinnacle's Cake Vodka at the store and playing around with the measurements - we created a Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini. This is my favorite dessert of all time and with how delicious this vodka is - it was only fitting to create a drink to showcase it's excellent pineapple flavor.
