ICE AGE: COLLISION COURSE Opens in Theaters Today! #IceAge

“We were invited to screen the featured movie free of charge in order to facilitate this review, but all opinions are 100% the opinion of the Coupon Savvy Sarah family.”

My family and I had the pleasure of attending an advanced screening of Ice Age: Collision Course, which opens in theaters nationwide today, July 22nd! Needless to say - we all loved it!

Brief Movie Overview:

Scrat’s epic pursuit of the elusive acorn catapults him into the universe, where he accidentally sets off a series of cosmic events that transform and threaten the Ice Age world. To save themselves, Sid, Manny, Diego and the rest of the herd must leave their home and embark on a quest full of comedy and adventure, as they travel to exotic new lands and encounter a host of colorful new characters.

Our Thoughts:

Ice Age: Collision Course is definitely a movie that would be pleasing to the entire family. There was enough slapstick humor, humor adults would get that went over the kid's heads and just outright funny moments. Granny is one of my favorite characters - she is a hoot! I love seeing the family dynamic of the characters, especially as the parents, Manny and Ellie, are dealing with the possibility of their daughter Peaches leaving them once she marries her beau Julian - It is a struggle a lot of families can identify with! I won't give any spoilers but thanks to Scrat and his never-ending quest for his acorn, he keeps this movie on it's toes!

Ice Age: Collision Course is Rated PG, has a run time of 1 hour, 34 minutes and is now available in theaters nationwide. Get social with Ice Age: Collision Course and follow them on Facebook and Twitter for the latest news!
