Wholly Salsa Review & Giveaway Hop (Ends 7/14)

My family and I recently received a cooler fun of Wholly Guacamole's new salsa and guacamole products!! Talk about food lover's heaven!! I am so excited that Wholly Guacamole has expanded their product line into delicious and unique flavored salsas such as Avocado Verde, Pineapple and Red Pepper Mango, to name a few!! My absolute favorite - the Spicy Pico and Guacamole - it is guac layered with spicy pico de gallo on top - a bit of heat and coolness all in one bite!

I tested out their new Roasted Tomato Salsa in a delicious recipe I came up with: 

 Salsa Grilled Chicken

Serves 2-4

Ingredients: 

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 

4 tablespoons spicy brown mustard 

2 tablespoons lime juice 

1 1/2 cups Wholly Roasted Tomato Salsa 

  

Fire up the grill or saute & brown the chicken breasts in a prepared skillet on the stove top. Grill both sides of chicken until outer surfaces are seared and lightly browned. Spray bottom of casserole dish with nonstick spray. Place grilled chicken breasts in casserole dish. Brush 1 tablespoon of brown mustard on top of each breast. Combine remaining mustard, salsa and lime juice; pour over chicken. Bake uncovered @ 350F for 45 minutes until chicken is done & juices run clear. Serve over white rice.
