At our house, summer brings on the fresh produce and the yummy recipes that come along with that fresh produce! One of our favorite summer side dishes is a simple Caprese salad - it takes on many variations but consists of fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and balsamic dressing. We grow basil in our backyard in the summer so Rose loves to run out in the back and pick basil for our summer (now if only I could get her to eat it). I also love to use Kraft's Creamy Balsamic dressing and Galbani mozzarella - our personal favorites!
