I had the opportunity to read local Michigan author, Sara Mack's first and second books in the Guardian Trilogy called Guardian and Allegiant last year and have been anxiously waiting for the third and final book in this trilogy so I could see what happens with these characters I have grow to love!

My thoughts:
I really enjoyed this book and I felt it completed the story in a way I was happy with - no loose ends or disappointment. I enjoyed the paranormal aspect of this story mixed with suspense and romance! I felt an amazing connection with the characters and I loved that this book is set mainly in Michigan and the author Sara Mack draws on familiar landmarks that us Michiganders (and those who visit here) can picture in our mind while reading the book. Sara Mack is an amazing author and I guarantee I will be re-reading all three books before long once I can sneak my husband's iPad away from him. I truly cannot wait to see what books Sara Mack has in the works for us to read next!
