Review: Award-Winning Sartori Cheeses

My husband and I are lovers of all things CHEESE! My husband is from Germany and has exposed me to some of the most delectable cheeses throughout the different regions of the world! When we were in Chicago this past summer we came across Sartori Cheese while at a conference and the flavors they showed us were intriguing and unique!

A little background on the Sartori Cheese Company:

 Sartori Cheese Company sent us out 4 of their cheeses to review. They currently have a multitude of cheese flavors so these four cheeses we tried are just the tip of the iceberg!

We received Sartori's Merlot BellaVitano®, SarVecchio® Parmesan, Raspberry BellaVitano® and the Rosemary & Olive Oil Asiago cheeses. We tried all four of these cheese without preparing them in a dish - we wanted the full affect of their unique flavors! Out of all of them - I think my husband and I are both in agreement that the Merlot BellaVitano was our favorite! The merlot flavor is subtle and delicious in this cheese! The Parmesan is high quality and would be a perfect accompaniment to a pasta or salad dish! We loved the Raspberry cheese but the raspberry flavor isn't very noticeable in this cheese - it was delicious though! The Rosemary & Olive Oil Asiago was crusted in herbs and full of flavor! I honestly can't say enough good things about these cheeses - they are slices of heaven!

We used the Store Locator on Sartori's site and have already found stores near us that carry their cheeses. We are on the hunt to find Sartori's Cognac BellaVitano® and the Salsa Asiago!
