Shurms Candy Taffy and Candy Review + Giveaway #MadeInMichigan

Sweets! Who doesn't like sweets? We have had the pleasure of reviewing Shurms Candy a in the past and we love their soft chews (Caramel Apple, Caramel Coffee and Caramel Cherry - you can't go wrong)! 

Shurms is a Michigan company located in Rochester Hills and they have added soft Michigan taffy and Michigan-shaped Chocolate Cherry Candies to their lineup!


Shurms Chocolate Cherry Candies are really special to us Michiganders! They are mitten-shaped chocolates with a cherry pectin candy center (the same one used in Shurm's Caramel Cherry Candies). The chocolate is very creamy and we loved the burst of cherry flavor in the center! Absolutely delicious!


Shurms soft Michigan taffy is currently available in 4 flavors: Blueberry, Apple, Cherry and Grape - all fruits that Michigan is a top grower of! Right now Shurms has a Valentine's Special on their 8oz. box of taffy - $12 for the Michigan-made taffy with all profits going to the Providing for Paws Rescue of Michigan organization through February 10th!!

Shurms Candies can be ordered online or you can find one of the local Michigan retailers to purchase them at (just scroll down on the page to order and find the local stores). 

For our gluten-free friends: Shurms Candy (with the exception of the Chocolate Cherry Candy) is made in a gluten-free facility, assuaging concerns about cross-contamination. This extra insurance demonstrates Shurms dedication to providing everyone an equal opportunity to enjoy their candy.
