Summer is heating up outside - warm temps are keeping my family outside longer and longer each day with fun activities and relaxation! One of our favorite snacks in our house is yogurt so I was delighted to hear that one of our favorite frozen treats has a new frozen yogurt bar for us to snack on during those warm days this summer!
Outshine has launched a new line of Simply Yogurt Bars – frozen yogurt bars that are simply made with 100% yogurt and blended with real fruit. The line contains seven creamy and delicious flavors, including: Strawberry, Peach, Blueberry, Pineapple, Lemon, Strawberry Banana, and Mango.
Each variety starts with yogurt as the first ingredient and then blends in real fruit or fruit juice for a refreshing and deliciously wholesome frozen snack - No other frozen yogurt bar has more real yogurt!

Outshine Simply Yogurt Bars all contain live & active cultures, 5 grams of protein, and 10% of your Daily Value of calcium. The bars contain no artificial colors or flavors and no high fructose corn syrup. Each bar contains 90 calories and 2 grams of fat (with the exception of Lemon with has 80 calories).
We received 5 out of the 7 new flavors to test out: Strawberry, Peach, Blueberry, Pineapple and Lemon. Each of the new Outshine Simply Yogurt Bars contains 4 bars per box and has a suggested retail price of $4.39.
Our Thoughts:
The Outshine Simply Yogurt bars are very refreshing and super creamy. I love that we can all enjoy this as a snack or treat and it is low in calories and made with healthy ingredients such as skim milk, real fruit and even vegetable juice concentrate for coloring versus artificial colors. Strawberry was the favorite by far and I thought the Peach was amazing. It reminded me of peaches and cream! We even mixed a couple flavors in a bowl by pulling the yogurt bar off the stick and made a Strawberry Lemon flavor that was yummy! I would love to see a Cherry and a Lime flavor Yogurt bar - I think those two flavors would be a natural fit in this line! These are definitely products that make me feel good about feeding them to my family and recommending them to family and friends!
