Our family consists of cheesecake fanatics, including my father who bakes some really amazing cheesecakes. My specialty cheesecake that I make is a Bavarian Apple Cheesecake. We are no strangers to cheesecake being the star of our dessert table for the holidays and any special occasion year-round.

This year we are letting Eli's Cheesecake Company be the star of our dessert table with their Holiday Cheesecake Sampler. The variety of cheesecakes in the sampler not only has a flavor to please everyone, but it takes some of the stress out of the holidays but not having to spend hours in the kitchen making dessert which means I get to spend more time with my family. 

Eli's Cheesecake Company's Holiday Cheesecake Sampler has three different cheesecake flavors: Peppermint Bark, Salted Caramel and Hot Chocolate with a Vanilla Mousse. Each flavor has 4-5 slices which is perfect for my family gathering and has a flavor or two that everyone is sure to love! The slices are already pre-cut so you just thaw and serve - the holidays don't get much easier than that.

Eli's Cheesecakes can be ordered online from their website and are shipped to you securely on dry ice. My cheesecake sampler arrived frozen with the dry ice still in place - I was able to place it straight in my freezer until I am ready to serve it. When I am ready to thaw the cheesecake, I just place it overnight in the refrigerator or at room temperature for up to 2 hours. Once thawed, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days (that is if you have any left which I don't think we will). 

Eli's Cheesecake Company not only has cheesecakes, but you can also find baked goods, cakes, tarts, cheesecake dippers, custom items and more on their website. They even have a Cheesecake of the Month Club! Eli's Cheesecake also has a bakery cafe and retail store in Chicago if you ever happen to be in that neck of the woods!
