My entire family consists of cheesecake fanatics! My father is well-known for baking some really amazing and unique cheesecakes like a Banana Split Cheesecake or a Fuzzy Navel Cheesecake. My specialty cheesecake that I make is a Bavarian Apple Cheesecake. We are no strangers to cheesecake being the star of our dessert table for the holidays, any special occasion year-round or even for no reason at all - after all, you shouldn't need a holiday or occasion for cheesecake!

You can order something for yourself or place an order to be shipped to family and friends near and far! You order comes securely packed and on dry ice so it arrives in picture perfect condition. All Eli's Cheesecakes and products can be ordered online from their website and are shipped to you securely on dry ice. My yummy treats arrived frozen with the dry ice still in place - I was able to place it straight in my freezer until I am ready to serve them. When I am ready to thaw the cheesecake, I just place it overnight in the refrigerator or at room temperature for up to 2 hours. Once thawed, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days (that is if you have any left which I don't think we will).

We had a hard time choosing what item to review for Valentine's Day because everything looks delicious but we finally decided as a family on the Cheesecake Cuties. Created by Eli's granddaughter, Elana, the Cheesecake Cuties are bite-sized pieces of Eli's Cheesecake, enrobed in chocolate and brushed with festive edible gold dust. They're the ultimate "box of chocolates" and a perfect hostess gift!

I like the fact that the Cheesecake Cuties are perfectly portioned little bites, which is a big thing in our house with my husband and I trying to stay on track and make healthy food choices. We also need to indulge as well from time to time as well so these bites are perfect. They are perfect for a party or event as well because they are already pre-portioned in little paper liners so you literally can just thaw them and set them out - easy peasy! Rose thought it was super cool that they were dusted with edible gold dust. The cheesecake was so creamy and the chocolate is rich - they truly make a delicious combination!
