Our Thoughts:
Having now seen The Immortal Life Of Henrietta Lacks, I absolutely have to go and read the book! Fantastic portrayals of these characters by Oprah Winfrey and Rose Byrne in this true story! The movie's largely told from the journalist's point of view and also showcases Winfrey in one of her best roles yet, playing a complicated woman willing to face down any obstacle to bring her mother's truth to the world. Highly recommend watching it - I plan on reading the book soon!
