Easy Cherry Pie Cups (2 Ingredients) - Fun Recipe to Make with Kids!

I love how easy and adorable these Cherry Pie Cups are, especially when you can just bake the individual little pies in muffin cups using store-bought refrigerated pie crust!

Easy Cherry Pie Cups (2 Ingredients)

  • 1 (15 ounce) box refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  1. Heat oven to 425°F
  2. Remove crusts from pouches; unroll on work surface.
  3. With 3 1/2- or 4-inch round cutter, cut 6 rounds from each crust; discard scraps.
  4. Fit rounds into 12 ungreased muffin cups, pressing in gently.
  5. Spoon about 2 tablespoons pie filling into each crust-lined cup.
  6. Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden brown and filling is bubbly.
These delicious Cherry Pie Cups are best served warm and we love ours with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top or to the side!
