Sweetest Day is Saturday, October 19th this year. It is typically celebrated the third Saturday in October and even though it is not an official holiday on the books to some, my husband and I like to take that day (in addition to many other days throughout the year) to do something special for one another - usually in the form of a special gift to celebrate us as a couple!
