Are you looking for a fun Valentine's Day craft that would be perfect for your kids to give to their classmates that doubles as a delicious treat? This DIY Wonderful Halos Valentine Critters Craft is perfect to make to share with the kids in your child's class. This craft was originally created by Jodi Levine and shared with us by the Wonderful Halos team.
For this project we were sent supplies from Wonderful Halos which included their Halos mandarin orange and lots of other materials for both the crafts as shown above. If you don't have these exact materials, I am sure can improvise with similar items.
If you are thinking that this Wonderful Halos Valentine Critters Craft is too heavy for the Valentine's Day exchange box, you can make these Critters and place them on the holiday food table or on each child's school desk. Another fun idea for the Halos Valentine's craft is prepare the crafts in advance by tracing and cutting out the shapes that are needed to make the animal cards and placing them in a paper bag along with the instructions and Halo mandarin and sending the craft project home.
Wonderful Halos are an excellent source of Vitamin C. One serving (two medium mandarins) contains 50% of the recommended daily value. Halos are also a great source of fiber and provide a natural energy boost. Use their store locator here to find them near you.
